Here’s a detailed guide outlining when you can request a refund and the specific refund amounts applicable in each case:

  1. If you cancel an order before it has been processed by the warehouse team, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges.

Note: Once the order is processed by the warehouse, cancellation is no longer an option.

  1. Refunds are only issued for products that are damaged or faulty. Refunds are not granted for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with flavor. However, if you receive an incorrect product (different from what was ordered), you are eligible for a refund.
  2. If you return the product within the designated time frame, you will be refunded the product cost, excluding shipping charges.
  3. Refunds are not issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  4. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued for the total order amount, minus a Β£2.99 shipping fee.
  5. If a customer claims the parcel is lost but the courier provides valid proof of delivery to the correct address, no refund will be processed.
  6. If customer support requests information (e.g., ID verification) to process the order and you choose not to provide it, a full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued, and the order will not be processed.
  7. If certain items in your order are out of stock, a refund will be issued for the unavailable products. If all items in your order are unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
  8. For faulty products or items that don’t work as expected, contact customer service with proof (e.g., photos or videos). Once verified, a full refund will be provided, excluding shipping charges.
  9. If you receive damaged or leaking products, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
  10. In cases where products are missing from your order, a full refund will be provided for the missing items, excluding shipping charges.
  11. As an alternative to refunds, we may offer discount codes or send replacement products to resolve your issue.

Refunds are typically processed within 2-14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Return Policy

To return a product, please wait for the RMA form to be sent to you. Once you receive it, complete it and include it with the return package.

Goodwill Guarantee:

Vape Ease extends a goodwill guarantee allowing customers to return products within 30 days of delivery. Products must remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. This goodwill policy is in addition to your legal rights regarding defective or misdescribed items.

Products that have been unsealed or consumed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers have 30 days from the date they (or their nominated person) receive the product to reconsider their decision. If an order is delivered over multiple days, the 30-day period begins after the final delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us via email and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. If the order number is unavailable, provide your name and address.

If you change your mind about an order, return the products within 14 days of notifying us about your intent to cancel. Use a traceable shipping method and keep proof of postage, as refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

Return Shipping Costs:

Vape EaseΒ will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

If the product is faulty or does not match its description (ensure the product remains unused).

If delivery delays or errors (e.g., in pricing or product description) occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

For all other returns, including cases where you change your mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty products can be returned within 28 days. For products with warranties exceeding this period, contact the manufacturer directly.

Orders may be canceled if the payment is not completed on time or if the address provided is incorrect.

No RMA form is required to start a return. Customers must inform Customer Support and provide the following details:
